Policies

Covid Safety Protocols based on CDC, OSHA, state, and local regulations include the following:

  • Masks are currently optional for the client. I am vaccinated and boosted against the coronavirus as of December 2025.

  • There will be a HEPA air filtration system running constantly in the massage room and open windows or fans will be utilized to increase ventilation.

  • I will clean my hands before and after each session, and wipe high touch points in the massage room with an alcohol (70%) and hydrogen peroxide cleaner.

Health and Safety Protocols for Clients:

  • The Intake Form must be filled out and returned to me before the appointment time.

  • 48 hours before your appointment I will send out a confirmation email with a few health screening questions. Please respond promptly before your massage.

  • If you are feeling unwell in any way, please contact me immediately so we can reschedule your massage for a time when you are feeling better. This goes for suspected Covid sickness as well as cold, flu, or any other illnesses you may experience.

  • Please wash or use hand sanitizer on your hands before the beginning of the session.

  • Please notify me if you have had Covid or been in contact with someone who tested positive in the last 10 days.

Office Policies:

  • My cancellation policy requires payment of a 50% fee if it is within 24 hours of your appointment time.

  • My cancelation policy does not apply to cases of emergency and illness. If you feel sick in any way, please contact me to move your appointment time. I will show you the same courtesy out of respect for your health and will reschedule your session if I am unwell to keep you safe and allow myself time to recover. Please be respectful of my time and health as I will be of yours!

  • Please show up for your massage 5 minutes before your start time to allow time to settle in and do an initial or follow up verbal intake process before beginning your massage at the scheduled time.

  • I accept payment in the form of cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo (@lauren-ferguson-3, 4 digits for confirmation 5610), and payment is due in full by the end of the session. No gratuities please. Repeat visits are preferred!

  • Please arrive to your appointment clean and free of scented products or fragrances. I encourage hydration and avoiding eating large meals directly before your massage.
